So today I am thankful for CHEESE. Silly I know, but when Atticus is being picky abut eating or just won't eat, without fail I can always get him to eat cheese. With cheese at least I know he is getting something to eat and not starving. Some of our favorites are pepper-jack, and our all time favorite is vintage white extra sharp cheddar cheese (Tillamook )
So................................................We are thankful for cheese :)

We love cheese, too. We were grateful when the second could have dairy, so it could be our fall back plan, too!
